Quite a few people these days are attempting to change their diet or eating habits but have no idea where or how to begin. If I was asked were to begin or what one should do about their diet, I would simply state let’s start with one step at a time and slowly change depending on the goal set because that is the first step. What you have been eating is not food! If you eat anything that does not give nutrients to the body it is waist, death, a filler, garbage, dookie. Real food is live filled with enzymes nutrients that offer life sustaining results to the body not disease, or ailments that cause more damage to the flesh. Most people never think about this, when you place food in a microwave how is it heated and does the method by which the food is heated attach itself to the food it is heating?
Look, this is real food for thought because the less you think the more controlled you become, because of convenience you have placed your thinking ability in someone else hands and by that placement you are doomed.
